My grandfather was a Chef so he taught me all the arts of Cuban, African, Spanish and Creole cuisine. I started cooking as a child with my first cookbook made by my Grandfather. I worked in several restaurants in Cuba as an assistant chef.Three years ago I came to this great Country with only one dream, to be able to do what I love the most, to cook. Our Cuban cuisine is so rich! That I decided to share my family recipes with the world, the aromas and flavors take me back to my childhood and I hope to transmit to everyone my passion for food in each of my dishes.
